The Summer Olympics was originally planned to happen back in 2020. However, due to the pandemic, plans were changed. Since qualifiers needed to happen, plus the logistics of getting everything ready in Japan while a pandemic is happening- things have been a challenge.
Currently, qualifiers are ongoing, and the Summer Olympics are now scheduled for July 23, 2021 to August 8, 2021. Hopefully, no further delays will happen and the Summer Olympics will successfully continue without much problem in Japan.
