The Philippine capital will impose an enhanced community quarantine. As a result, Metro Manila casinos will close starting August 6 to August 20. Also, most of the casinos are within the Entertainment City area.
Resorts World Manila told gambling and sports news media that its casino would be closed during the ECQ period. They will follow the guidelines of the government. The casino operator said that they would suspend operations of dine-in services and leisure stays at the hotels. Also, restaurants within the premises will offer delivery or takeaway only during the ECQ period.
According to free sports betting odds experts, Okada Manila will suspend its gaming operations from August 6 to August 20. During the more relaxed general community quarantine period, the government allowed gaming operations at limited capacity.
Metro Manila Casinos Will Close from August 6 to 20
Most restaurants and shops found at Okada Manila will shut down during the ECQ. Also, people with pending staycation bookings at the hotel from August 5 to August 20 can reschedule their bookings.
According to people who bet on football, the entire City of Dreams integrated resort will be closed during the ECQ period. In addition, some of its facilities have remained closed since July 31, including outdoor and indoor dining, social events, and meetings.
On the other hand, Solaire Resort and Casino will continue its casino operations at a limited capacity until August 5. After that, it will announce what it plans to do during the ECQ period.
Casinos at Manila’s integrated resorts have operated at limited capacity since July 26. Their capacity went from 50 percent to 40 percent due to the implementation of the GCQ restrictions. However, the latest restrictions would close the facilities entirely. They can’t operate the casinos until august 20. It would be the third time Metro Manila will undergo ECQ.
